Who We Are
Nestled in the heart of Karridale, at the southern tip of the Margaret River region, Wild Lot Distillery is a dream in progress, built on passion, perseverance, and a deep connection to our land. Founded by a spirited female distiller with the support of her family.
Our journey is one of discovery and dedication. We embark on this adventure to create something truly our own. Though our history is still unfolding, it is rich with moments of creativity, experimentation, and unwavering belief in our vision.
To create exceptional quality spirits that reflect the beauty and bounty of the Margaret River region, while championing sustainability and innovation.
At Wild Lot Distillery, we believe in the magic of transformation with a ‘Garden to Glass’ philosophy. Each year, we harness the potential of seasonal produce from our small family orchard, edible gardens, and neighbouring farms.
While our doors are not yet open, our journey continues with relentless determination. We're working diligently to meet all regulatory requirements, complete our renovations, and cultivate our farm, gardens, and orchard. Our commitment to sustainability drives us to explore innovative solutions and eco-friendly operations.
We invite you to be a part of our evolving story.
