Wild Lot Distillery is a small farm-based distillery in Karridale, at the southern end of the Margaret River region.

Focused on small-batch spirits, regional produce and relaxed hospitality, we’ve created a space that’s a little bit cellar door, a little bit country bar and always shaped by good company.

Open Fridays and Saturdays, with tastings, cocktails, local grazing and plenty of room to slow down for a while.

A nice little mention for Wild Lot in the latest Tales & Trails magazine — apparently adding to the region’s “distilling excellence," I'll cheers to that. 🍸 Also loved spotting the lovely local, Bel enjoying a G&T in the feature. And honestly, it’s great seeing Augusta and the lower region getting a solid spread through the tourism guide too. Plenty worth exploring down this way. 🌿
Half the fun of drinks is growing the ingredients. 🌿⁠ ⁠ We’ll be heading to the Edible Gardens Festival this weekend chatting all things garden-to-glass — herbs, citrus, native botanicals and the little things that completely change a drink.⁠ ⁠ Turns out a sprig of thyme can do a lot of heavy lifting.⁠ ⁠ Who’s heading along?
