Wild Lot Distillery is a small farm-based distillery in Karridale, at the southern end of the Margaret River region.

Focused on small-batch spirits, regional produce and relaxed hospitality, we’ve created a space that’s a little bit cellar door, a little bit country bar and always shaped by good company.

Open Fridays and Saturdays, with tastings, cocktails, local grazing and plenty of room to slow down for a while.

The owner and distiller knows and loves what she is doing which totally shines through. Thoroughly enjoyed the whole range but the finger lime really stood out as it was like I had muddled my own fresh pearls into the mix. So now, instead of accessing for only a short season in the southwest, I can now enjoy year round.

Bec’s passion and love for what she does speaks volumes and it was such an awesome experience to listen to the story behind the gins. And the gins, wow. Loved every single one. Smooth. Unique.
